How to plot large square subplot?

How can i plot such large square subplot along with a common Title? It would be helpful to have an example?

Set the 'Position' property of the individual axes to resize them.
You can use text() to place text, or use suplabel: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/7772-suplabel

h1 = subplot(2, 2, 1);
