why am i getting this error and what are the steps to correct it

when importing data from a csv file. im getting the error as "Undefined function 'tabularTextDatastore' for input arguments of type 'cell'". And this is my first line "ds=tabularTextDatastore({'Ban_390_Feb.csv'},'TreatAsMissing','NA')";

tabularTextDatastore was introduced in R2014b, so it will not exist if you are using an earlier version.

thank you. i figured that out. so now i have imported the columns required individually and i need to know how to concatenate those to make a array

Use csvread or textscan or xlsread or one of the other file importing functions:
