The matlab corr function return a matrix of pvalues: how to get p-values Benjamini-Hochberg adjusted for multiple correction? I was hoping to find a script that takes as input the matrix of p-values and return the matrix with the corrected values.

I found function "mafdr" with BHFDR option in the Bioinformatics toolbox.
