How to auto fit excel columns and highlight cells

Would like to seek help on auto fitting the columns and highlight cells with value of '1' in Column L in the attached xls. BTW, the xls was generated by xlswrite function. Thanks!

You will need to use the ActiveX interface to Excel to make those changes.

Sorry, I do not have that information. I do not have Excel on MS Windows myself (too expensive when you look at the license conditions in detail.)
