How to simulate continuous state PLL in Discrete simulation model?

I am working on a Type-4 model in Simulink where the original PLL used is of Discrete type and I want to check whether the same output can be achieved with continuous PLL or not? But somehow I am getting an error once I run the simulation. For your information, I have attached the screenshot of the error message as well as the arrangement of comparison between discrete and continuous PLL.
