The plot that you are illustrating is called a contour plot. But the data file that you have attached is insufficient for a contour plot. Contour plots are a way of illustrating 3-dimentinal data. You need X, Y, and Z values for this. For example, every line in the contour plot represents a constant Z value, and the numbers on the lines in the figure ndicate the value of the Z axis for that line.
