"Library failed to build. Cannot continue build process" message on Matlab 2010b after migration to Windows 10

Hello,
I have a quite old version of Matlab (2010b) which with Simulink, Matlab compiler and Simulink Compiler (Real-time Workshop).
I have a 32bit version installed with Lcc compiler properly setup from "mex-setup"
I have some models in which several blocks are linked to libraries (also defined by me).
I have recentyl migrated to Windows and I haven't encountered big issues so far except this:
when I try to compile my models I get an error message "Error using ==> construct_error at 109 Library failed to build. Cannot continue build process."
I searched a bit but I couldn't find a solution. Everyone suggests in case of "Library failed to build. Cannot continue build process."-error to set up the compiler via mex -setup, which I did. I am also pretty sure that with the same setup I was able to compile on Windows 7.
Can anyone help me?
