Installing Matlab 2018b

Trouble installing Matlab 2018b on Windows 64 bit.

Dialog window says :

"Fiinished Downloading (3,543 of 3,543 MB)

Installing Matlab 9.5, 51% complete."

No activity or error message. Does not progress to completion.

To download MATLAB R2018b, proceed to https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/ and select R2018b in the "Select release" section near the upper left.

If there is no "Select release" section or if it only has the current release (R2024b at the moment) then either you do not have a MATLAB license or else your MATLAB license is part of an institution that restricts your download access.
