How do I implement this function?

I am using csvread to load the data into Matlab.

There are 33 columns of data with 10000 rows of data. (1 time column & 32 sensor measuments)

These equations are an iterative process that yields the graph below.

Using an if-statement or loop, how can I implement this function?

& mathematically, what whould these equations be in Matlab syntax?
