Hi,
Could any one please let me know that how could I fit my below mentioned plot.
Thanks,

Fit with what? People seem to think that computers are intelligent things, that can know, just by looking at your plot what to do with it. That only works in the movies and on TV.
Personally, even I don't know what you really mean by your request, though I might take a wild guess at it. In fact, only you know what makes sense, what model would be appropriate. What is important about this data. What expectation you may have about the noise in the system, and what error of approximation you might be willing to accept. Perhaps some of those oscillations really are significant. You are the only one with the necessary knowledge about this process.

Hi John,
I apoligise for my perfunctory question but I really don't think that computer is an intelligent machine. Computer come under the umbrella of human being, like human being come under the umbrealla of creater.
Bascially I am looking for fit my data, also known as "best fit" line or curve for a series of data points whatever we say. Most of the time, the curve fit will produce an equation that can be used to find points anywhere along the curve. In some cases, you may not be concerned about finding an equation and that is exactly in my case or may be my lack of knowledge in MATLAB will bring me in that stage where I can't solve it easily. I want to use a fit to smooth the data and improve the appearance of my plot.
Hope it clarify everything,
Thanks,
