filter completely in c++ possible?

ok,
very simple and basic newbie thing: i would like to use matlab to create JUST c++ code to do a simple butterworth low pass filter (that has a changable sample rate and cutoff frequency). it is not possible for me to install the runtime on every machine my app runs on.
in matlab when i use the filtereditor to create a filter, i end up with fdesign.lowpass(...) which, if i understood this correctly, uses the matlab engine to execute. when i try to build c++ code, the coder tells me to include coder.extrinsic('fdesign') and when i do that i get the error "The 'fdesign' class does not support code generation."
is there a way to include EVERYTHING the filter needs into c++ code?
