How to create response surface and multi objective optimization using external simulated DOE data.

Hi all,
Using a FEA simulation software I have obtained simlation results for two objective functions when three variables varied in a certain design space. The data is stored in a excel file and I need to generate reponse surface in MATLAB and use the response surface to perform Multi objective optmization inside MATLAB.
How can this be done?
Any suggestions would be higly appreciated.
