4d curtain plot

Hi, I am trying to create a 4D plot where I have lat, long, depth and values of a physical variable (W). I have a value of lat, long and depth for each value of W, however, lat and long are not evenly spaced and I took samples in a zigzag kind of way. I just want to plot the data as a curtain but do not want to interpolate because I have repeated samples by latitude but not longitude ...any ideas how to approach this? I tried meshgrid and griddata3 but did not work and matlab crashed please help!
