Sound source localization with Correlation

I am trying to do acoustic direction finding and I found cross-correlation method .

How can i make a system like,

There will be two microphones while rotating the sound source (with known frequency) around these two microphones at 360 degrees, I will also apply a correlation method for each angle . So I think I can have an optimum reference solution. as a result, I hope to achieve 360-2 matris.

I'm beginner at MATLAB thank you for any help.
