Hello,
Can i install one toolbox from Matlab's setup if i don't want entire MATLAB software?
Or do i need Toolbox's setup necessarily?

Usually when you are installing MATLAB there is a point where you can choose which toolboxes you want to install. If you have not already installed MATLAB, you should look at the installation instructions for your specific MATLAB version and computer.

You don't need to install other toolboxes, if you only need one toolbox, but you must have core MATLAB installed to use a toolbox.

I have Matlab R2008a installed, but i need Embedded IDE Link 4.2 from Matlab R2010b.
But i can't install R2010b because my PC has not all system requirements for full R2010b package.

So then you cannot install that toolbox. Period. At least this is true under your current circumstances as you define them.
You need a PC that can run the release in question. Then you need a current license for MATLAB, since you will need to download and install the release in question, and you need a valid license for that toolbox.
You cannot install a toolbox from one release with a MATLAB version from another release.

Unfortunately, the newer version of the toolbox may also depend on newer features of the MATLAB language, so the versions of MATLAB and toolboxes built upon it are tightly coupled. You will need to install MATLAB R2010b to get Embedded IDE Link R2010b.

Anudeep, please visit

This is the link you get if you click in the upper right corner here on "My community profile", and then look down the left side to "Get Licensed Products and Updates".
You will be able to download anything you are authorized for (that is, anything you are on record as having paid for.)
(Note: as of R2011A, Embedded IDE Link was merged in to Embedded Coder.)
I notice that you are at a university. If you are using an Academic License, the authorization might be under someone else's account (the recorded license administrator).
