Superimpose two segmented time series data

I have who data set.

1. From 1993 to 2019 , .txt file
2. From 2006 to 2017, .txt file

need to superimpose same x and y . X labeling 1993 to 2019 (annually)

And drow each trend (liner fitting).

And find each trend per annual print on plotitself.
