Doesn't disp work? Or fprintf?

You can display the output of the matrix by using the disp command.
% Let a be the matrix of dim 3200 * 3200
disp(a) % displays the matrix in the command window.

You can expand the size of the Command Window scroll buffer but I'm not sure you're going to be able to expand it enough to show the whole matrix.
Are you really planning to read through all 10,240,000 elements of the array? If not, if you tell us how you're planning to use this information we may be able to offer an alternative that doesn't require displaying over ten million numbers in the Command Window.

try this
fmt = [repmat('%4d ', 1, size(A,2)-1), '%4d\n'];
fprintf(fmt, A.');
