Calculate the Gradient in C programming

given 10 Y values

and the change in X is 0.01

so I want a C program/code that can go to a certain file containing those ten Y values and pick two (lower minus upper)/0.01 and give me the gradient and save the gradient, then do that for the rest of them.

fellows is there anyone who can do this
