teledyne dalsa Shadobox 6k HS x-ray detector compatability issues

Is the ShadoBox 6k HS detector compatible with matlab? if so doe it require the installation of the Matlab teledyne dalsa support package? Because right now the detector can be found by the gigecame adaptor(but when I try to take a snap shot it return the message "Time out occurred while trying to get a frame from thecamera."

however, once I installed the teledyne support package, it indicated

"There are no devices installed for the specified ADAPTORNAME."

So the question is whether there is another third party adaptor I needed to download or was I doing something wrong inside in "gigecam"?

I don't think that the ShadoBox 6k HS detector is compatible with MATLAB.
