Random Walker automated ?

Hello

I would appreciate an automated version of random walker segmentation algorithm. Means that the seeds on the image will be determined automatically and no prior information or manually defined by the user.

It may does a thresholding first and auto define seeds where the maximum gradient changes are.

Any ideas please?
