How to find the distance between two opposite features of two feature sets ?

I have to find the distance between two opposite features of two feature sets .

e.g my feature sets are

A = [2,3,4,6,7,9,1]

B= [3,2,4,6,5,2,7]

I have to find the distance between every two opposite features e.g

2-3,3-2,4-4,6-6,7-5,9-2 , 1-7 .

The answer is not a single value , it should be a feature set. In simple words two features set fused into single feature set.

How can I do this?
