Simulation Data Inspector Compare: Signal is in tolerance band around the baseline but result is false

I have a tolerance band around my baseline signal (green, time tolerance = 0.03, relative tolerance = 0.0001) and the other signal (red) seems to be in the tolerance band. But the result of the compare tool of the simulation data inspector is 'Out of tolerance' (negative).
The green signal jumps 0.005s earlier to the upper value but the red signal jumps to the same value. I think that in this case only using a time tolerance should lead to a positive comparison result. But even using additionally a relative tolerance to avoid floating point problems doesn't lead to a positive result.
The cursor jumped to this point in the plot when I clicked on the button 'Next out of tolerance region' (and the are many more comparable points in the plot).
It seems to me that this is a bug of the simulation data inspector or is there any setting to fix this problem?
I'm using MATLAB 2017b.
