関心領域を用いたk-meansクラスタリング

バイナリマスクイメージを使用して、画像内の関心領域のみをk-meansクラスタリングで分割したいのですが、良い方法はないでしょうか？

画像のクラスタリングは実施したことがないのでお困りの点が分かりませんが
