I want to buy matlab and simulink student suit as the location of Saudi Arabia while I'm studying in North Cyprus and I want to use in both countries because I travel to both countries during the year so will I be able to do so ? and how?

In general MATLAB license is intended for purchase and use in your current region only.
But please go ahead and contact our sales team in this regard.
