Opening matlab files in same instance

I recently installed matlab 2019b on my windows 10 system and now whenever I open files from the windows explorer it opens another instance of matlab without actually opening the file. Hi,

The first solution mentioned here worked for me.I have checked it on windows 10 with R2019b itself.
