How to implement LSD function in MATLAB?

Hi,

I have been trying to calculate the difference in means of different group of values. I am using multcompare function.

However, in the mathworks help section https://au.mathworks.com/help/stats/multcompare.html , the c matrix only computes x-y different than zero, whereas in LSD test we check x-y>lsd value. Why it does not give a LSD value at all. And how to calculate the lsd value for one tail test ?
