PC変更とライセンスの継承

現在STUDENTライセンス（R2016a）を使用しています．
SimulinkのほかにInstrument Control Toolbox 等の複数のToolboxも備えています．
この状況で使用しているPCを変更する必要が出てきたので，
上記のMATLABライセンスとToolboxを新しいPCに引継ぎたいのですが，可能でしょうか．
手順を教えて頂けると幸いです．
