how to create a symbolic matrix with automatically generated symbolic functions as its elements?

Hi

I want to create a 1x100 matrix A, which has 100 functions of time in it (all the elements must be syms) so that I can write the following command (where B is also a Matrix 1x100):

equation=diff(A)==B.t

Or, how can I create the following matrix (Matlab 2019b) in Matlab 2016a?

When I write the command in Matlab 2016a, I get the error "not a valid variable name"!!!

Can someone help please?
