PID controller not working with drive cycle data.

The PID controller in my vehicle model is not working properly when I input Drive cycle data into it. Athough it is showing resluts when I add signal builder block at the place of drivecycle block but in that also it has slow response rate and so output is unable to follow the input signal correctly. I tried PID auto-tuning but it gives massage that my block can't be leniarised. I have also taken out values of brake force from drive cycle data and put it in my model. Kindly have a look at my model which is attached below and help me solve the issue. I followed the video "Student Competition: Physical Modeling Training, Part 5: Vehicle Drive and Control" for modelling the PID controller.
