How to use learning functions of neural network toolbox ?

Is it possible to find the weight matrix dW with limited input parameters ?
for example,
in using learnh ( hebb learning function ),
dW = learnh(W,P,[],[],[],T,[],[],[],[],LP,[])
W = [ 0 0 ]; P= [ 2 2 ; 3 3]; T = [ 1 1 ];
Why am I not getting dW ? Is it mandatory to have all the parameters or is it enough to have some parameters alone ?
Please help.
Thank you for your future reply and future time.

I have a similar problem. My inputs are defined and limited but I am getting an error

According to both
help learnh
and
doc learnh
dW = learnh([],P,[],[],A,[],[],[],[],[],LP,[])
calculates
dW = LP.lr*A*P'
Go back and read the help and doc documentation.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for formally acceptingmy answer
