How can I get real-time waveforms and data from connected oscilloscope?

Dear all MATLAB and Tektronix experts

I wanna get waveforms of the oscilloscope in real time in the MATLAB but I'm a beginner in MATLAB and I dont know what to do exactly after connecting oscilloscope to PC...

I'd like you to give me some rough courses.
