Undefined function or variable 'serialportlist'.

I'm trying to get a serial com set up. but I cant even use the function serialportlist. Is a toolbox needed for this? none of the documentation make me think a tool box is needed.

I found that 'serial' and 'fgets' works. I'm thinking 'serialportlist' is for the 2019 verson.

Is there an other commande in previous matlab version which remplace the commande "serialportlist" ?
