How to subtract data between cells w/ identifiers?

I have two cell arrays: Baseline and 6Months
Each cell array has a number associate with the file which the data was extracted from. For example:
2x5 cell (Baseline)
P1 | 1
P3 | 1
P4 | 3
P5 | 4
P10 | 2
2x3 cell (6Months)
P1 | 2
P3 | 2
P10 | 2
I am having trouble with two things
1) How to subtract data matching from the same patient (ideally like the output to be identifiable)
2) How to not calculate or ommit patients without a 6Month data point
