Will Matlab Mobile connection to local machine be re-introduced?

As of September 2019 Matlab Mobile isn't able to connect to a local machine runing Matlab. Now you can only connect to MathWorks Cloud. A local connection to my calculation server was very important part of my workflow that I now have lost. Will this feature be re-introduced in future versions?

Please consider a re-introduction of this appreciated feature.
