加速度と時間から、距​離算出プログラムを教​えてください

加速度と時間のデータがあるのですが、 そこから速度、距離への変換プログラムをmatlab上で組みたいです。 どのようにすれば良いでしょうか？

まずはそれぞれの積分を計算するところからでしょうか？
