Matlab GUI + Simulink mdl (exe)

I've a GUI in Matlab that uses a Simulink mdl to perfom some calculations. The user provides inputs and is able to modify this inputs (by slider bar) while the simulation is running. This works fine!

I've converted the mdl to an exe file (with the Real_Time Workshop), but I don't know how to transfer to the inputs to the exe for and during the simulation.
