How to use an optimization algorithm developed in YALMIP in a function block in simulink ?

I have developed an optimisation algorithm in a .m file using the YALMIP toolbox in MATLAB.
Now I need to use it in a Simulink model to run simulations under disturbances.
I tried using the MATLAB function block in Simulink but seems that it is not supported.
If so what type of a function block should I try?
The function contains multiple input and multiple outputs.
