Error setting up MATLAB Web App Server

Hi,

I am getting the error as shown below while trying to setup the Web App Server.

It seem like I need a different approach other than

How about deleting the MATLAB Web Apps from Windows Service?

Open Command Prompt as an Administrator, and execute

sc delete "MATLAB Web Apps (R2018b)"

Then, open MATLABWebAppServer.exe and click Register again.
