And what happens when you called/contacted tech support like it told you? Did anyone answer? Trust me, the fastest way to solve it is to call them on the phone, not to ask us.

Hello,
This looks like a connection error. The client is unable to reach esd.mathworks.com to download the files. Make sure the client can ping esd.mathworks.com, and that there are no firewalls or security software blocking this connection.
If the issue persists, you can contact MathWorks Support.
