Return value based on multidimensional table/interpolation

I'm looking for the most efficient way to look for values based on 4 variables (), like in this table:

At first just the values already contained in the table will be used, but in the future I would like it to return an interpolated value when the given coordinates are not within the pre-defined values.

The simplest solution would be to use griddatan:

Note that it only supports to interpolation methods and does not support extrapolation.

As far as I can tell, none of the other inbuilt interpolation methods will work with 4D scattered data.
