2つ以上のMATファイルの統合は可能でしょうか。
MATファイルには複数のデータがstruct構造で格納されています。
もし可能ならば手法をご教示いただけると幸いです。

いったん、それぞれの mat ファイルを load 関数でワークスペースに読み込みます。その後に save 関数でワークスペースの変数を新しい mat ファイルに保存する方法はいかがでしょうか。
