Check for missing argument or incorrect argument data type in call to function 'create'

for K = V(1:300)
    K>0.29
    if K<0.29
        create new
    end
end

I am trying so that if the number falls below 0.29 then it will create a new data set which I can then export as a pdf file. Please help!
