How can I create a constant that grows over time?

I want to create a path(line) using Simulink block diagrams. I'll use the equation of a line Y=m(X-x1)+Y1 . I want to find the Y value for each X value which will start from a specific value and increase gradually by 0.1.

What is the value of Y1 (Y0 the initial value of Y)? m = const. and x1=0.1 or Y1 = 0.1?

Can you also do this for a discreete time interval?

Do you want to run the simulation in discrete steps? Go to the lower-right corner of the Simulink window and click the solver information. Then click the settings button and change the type from "variable step" to "discrete step".
