Graphing A Matrix of 2D Line Plots

Hi,

   I have a m x n series of x,y line plots. I want to arrange each image in a m x n matrix, then plot the matrix so that each line plot occupies 1 "pixel" in the "image" matrix.  The output should be a plot a 2D plot of all of the x,y plots in their appropriate positions.  Can somebody please give a little code or tips to do this?
