Delaunay problem - branching point cloud

Dear all,

I have problem with the point cloud which has two branches. It is point cloud of the human's back surface with arms. So when I perform Delaunay triangulation I get only one compact mesh with bridge triangles that are not necessary. I have no idea how to solve this task (avoid or delete triangles between arms and below).

Any suggestion will be good.
