Hi,
I use Pneumatic library (Simscape Foundations) and I know that every node has to have connection to volume. For example if I use pneumatic resistive tube, then it have to be connected to pneumatic constant volume chamber. But it's not clear how to connect: whether to connect chamber before orifice or after? And if I have several tubes connected in parallel, do I have to connect one chamber (with volume equivalent to volumes of all tubes) or each tube has one separate chamber?

Hi Tomas,
Good question. The key to this is that each node needs to have a connection to a volume, not each block. A node is the connection point of several blocks.
Let's say you have N tubes connected in parallel. They will all have a common node on one side, and another common node on the other side. Therefore, two volumes are necessary.
Likewise, N tubes connected in series will require N+1 volumes (N-1 between the tubes, and one on each end).
