Forecast future valus for time series using neural networks

HI , i have a time series (data(1:200)) , and i want to forecast future valus (data(201:220)) ,where data represent a time series.

i used the NAR method in the nntool toolbox and i have simulate the series and i found good results

But i have problem concerning the forecasting ? how i can forecast future valus of time series ?
