artificial neural network performance

Dear Sir/Madam,

My ANN performance is 0.92345. I need to increase it tro 0.998 or uper.

By 0.92345 is does not give me a good validation with my code.

Any suggestion please

alpha= [1 1.225 1.45 1.675 1.9];

lambda=[ 1 13.25 25.5 37.75 50];

possion=[0.1 0.1875 0.275 0.3625 0.45];

Eb=[0.4 1.55 2.7 3.85 5];
