How to solve error -130 ?

Whenever i'm going to open simulink from my Matlab R2019b , its showing, "Unable to open the requested feature :Check your internet connection and proxy settings in Matlab web preferences and then try startinf again. ERROR CODE: -130. Error message: ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED ".

How can i get rid of this error and open simulink? Please help.
