obtaining the shifts inside the sptarn code

Is there any way to know a value used inside a code?
For example in the SPTARN code,
which used to solve the generalized sparse eigenvalue problems, when I solve a specific pencil matrix
I need to know the values of the shift using by the code in order to generate the eigenvalues?
